Hello all! I just acquired a 1966 428FE engine for my 68 mustang project. I have heard that the stroker kits will drop right in and that there are no modifications needed to the block. However, i recently talked to a friend who attemped to use a 462 stroker kit a few years ago and he said that the crank hit the block.
So, does anybody have experience with building a 462 stroker that could confirm if clearancing is or is not necessary?
