Can't exclude all hardware stores.... Our Ace Hardware in a little town of 6500 people has a great bolt assortment, Grade 5, Grade 8, and a good selection of popular stainless sizes..... all in standard and metric.... Depends on who owns and or manages the place......

I'd do some looking locally, by the time you order four bolts and pay freight, they're going to be kind of expensive....
