I do belive that Galaxies had 460's many Big block trucks had 460's. I do think that both should be readily availible at the junkers for the pickins. the Big block trucks are the F 350's from 1970 ( i think ) to 1987 ( with carb ) 1988 was the first year for FI Big block fords in trucks.
