    Lining up the timing cover

Although I don't have an FE yet, I've been reading and researching these engines for a while. I bought that book about rebuilding the FE, I forget the title but I'm sure most of you have a copy....

Anyhow, I saw a mention about a tool needed to line up the timing cover. It said without a potential leak may happen.

How are y'all lining this up properly???

Yep, that's the way we've done it for years, no "special tool" needed.
