still having trouble. the engine mounts have 2 holes as opposed to three on some FE engines. I have seen three types of FE mounts.

My block has the two hole mounts that a closer together. Could this engine block be for a specific year vehicle and i need to find the correct mounts?

the perches are out of a 65 fe block galaxie, mounted by four bolts to the frame. The trans is the original out of the 1966 289 galaxie.

The engine is too far forward and i am having clearance problems now with the radiator.
