my friend that i bought the 406 from bought a 427 that was in a water pump out west....it had the castings for a side oiler like the block in the link but it wasnt there either. but my friends industrial block has cross bolts and screw in freeze plugs. so maybe the side oiler not being there is an industrial thingHonda Motor= 1.6L
