Well, I used to think words such as "Damn", "Gezz", "Gaudy", "bloody", "Darn", "Frickin'", "F'in" just to mention a few, were vulgar. That was only 20 years ago. Now I see them as verbs, adjectives and words that emphasis certain events, etc. And although I may not use them as the words of choice, I no longer find them offensive.

Having said that, I would most certainly not use them in certain situations.
