Since when did this forum turn into the HAMB?? I thought we had a code here that certain words were not cool.

Why don't you two edit your posts and do us all a favor. Both of you should know better, you've been here for awhile.

I edited the two posts by removing 3 letters. No need as I see it to spell out the word. Got it Tommie and R Pope? As you can clearly interpret, kids visit these sites. Let's keep it clean.

    Okay...
I officially apologise for the use of a particular word on this board!!
I'm sorry for posting bad language...
I admit I didn't think about kids reading this, when I posted it...(probably because I have none myself) I certainly didn't realise I'd be offending people, who have to deal with stuff like this during their work!

I did think of the fact that some owners of this particular powerplant might not appreciate it being made fun of...(and would not see the fun intended.) all the rest truly slipped my mind or attention!
So again; Sorry, it wasn't intentional!

I'm not the type to boast about my FE...I am proud of having rebuild one myself, but i do realise it's my first, so just the fact that i accomplished finishing it, without blowing it up is a big deal to me!
I don't expect it to reach even 500 HP, even though the PC DYNO predicts figures well above that.
As long as it is reliable and strong running for as long as i intend to drive it around, I would be very glad to be able to say i did a good job...

I like to keep the bonnet as it is...
don't want to give away too much on what's beneath it!

kinda hard with a 6 71 on top of it, i think

let's see what it does with all the new drivetrain parts and suspension setup...
when I finally do finish it, i can always redo the powerplant and decide i want a Weiand on top, yes
