    It will fit with no problem.

    Actuallty they are both engines are internally balanced. You will need to use the flywheel from the cruisomatic as I believe it is different than the flywheel on the 73 engine.

    The starter that goes with the 62 engine/Cruiso combination has the Benix on the end of the starter shaft and pulls into the rear of the flywheel, while the newer style uses a more conventional starter that engages the front of the flywheel.
