    460 heads

Will 460 heads fit on a 352? My 352 is in need of work and I already have the 460 heads.

Thanks Dave. That's not what I wanted to hear, but now I know.

OK here's a lesson on fords ,they built motor's in familys ,for example 289/302 are one family.the 351's i'm sure about, but the 352/360/390/428 are referred to as the FE family and will only interchange with eachother ,the same go's for370/429/460.the only exception to this is you can put 351windsor heads on a302but you have to sleeve the head bolts.( there may be others that I'm not aware of but most of the time you have to stay in the engine family)

That's what I thought but I hoped I was wrong cause I've got a good set of 460 heads just sitting there and the 352 is in pretty bad shape. Guess I'll have to rework the 352 heads now.
    Thanks
