Really it's too much work to make it worth while, new tranny, new motor mounts, need to spread the shock towers apart and then it might fit and, even if it does don't even think about changing the plugs or even the oil if the filter isen't relocated. A modified 302 would be more than sufficient just turn oneto a 347 ( I belive that's the correct CID number ) stroker motor.
