    i wasnt able to solve the rough idle problem it s runing to low but when i am giving a little kick on the gaz sometimes it begins to run normal for awile and then it drops again maybe it is the carb ?

    If you go with the Petronix unit, get the newer one, which is called the Petronix II. The older version could burn out if you left the ignition on with the motor off. The newer version fixes this problem. Great system, I have one on my '71 Lincoln Coupe.
