    D3VE A2A heads

I have a 1972 429 with D3VE A2A heads, what kind of difference would I see with earlier heads, say some D0VE heads? Thanks

    • The D3VE heads have 97cc combustion chambers, while the D0VE heads have 77cc combustion chambers.
    • The D3VE heads have a slotted pedestal/sled rocker system, while the D0VE heads have a stud rocker system (D3VE can be converted to D0VE.
    • Exhaust ports are very slightly different...
Other than that, they are essentially the same elsewhere in their configurations. Swaping from one head to the other also requires swapping the valve train.
