c9ve-a heads
hi guys, ive found a couple of 460's with these castings on the heads and was wondering what ill have to do to maintan good compression between 10.5 and 11.0 will i need to zero deck this and if i do what else will need to be done or can i just bore .030 over and use stock flat top pistons.Women are just like cars run'em hard and treat'em rough and they'll eventually leave you stranded

Re: c9ve-a heads
These heads are identical to D0VE heads. C9VE's and flat-tops will put you at about 11.25:1 in a 460 that is .030" over and zero-decked.Originally posted by fordbeast

I bought the 76 in August , but haven't been able to work on it. When I get a chance I'll post some pictures.
