    Thanks John read your post over, for some reason I am leaning toward the 400JR.
    Tech if you heard my daily driver you wouldn't say that, I live in Las Vegas where the summers are over 115 degrees and my 318 idles at 700-750 rpm's and runs at 190-195 degrees. Some call it a beast and some say it sounds evil, I like it and that's what I want out of my Flathead.
