More than likely the points condensor is bad, they tend to go bad from sitting, this will cause no spark, go to your local auto parts store like napa and get a new 1, just tell them what engine you got and, they will probably have to order 1 but they only cost 10 - 20 bucks. just touch up the old points with a file if they look corroded or burnt, if you need new, there like 15 bucks depending on engine ( the spare set of points I bought for the Falcon cost me 12 bucks, the set of points I bought for the Chevy to make it run, cost me 15, the main thing that was bad with the chevy was the condensor but I replaced the points also ), with fuel, it should fire up.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
