I must say I'm surprised by that comment.
Our Rod Clubs in NZ are, by and large, far more active in this respect than what you seem to infer.
Is this the norm for rodders in the States?
Since we put the '47 Ford on the road some ten or twelve years back we've covered better than 70,000 miles in it, and although there are some that would have covered less, there are many who would have covered far, far, more.
This month alone we have the options of three different runs to attend, one with Scenic City, another with Highway 45, and a third with TMMCC.
And this is nothing unusual for us, so yes; I am surprised.

I don't know everything about anything, and I don't know anything about lots of things.

'64 A.C. Cobra replica. Ford 429, C6 auto, Torana ifs, Jaguar irs.
I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
