I would normally be there, but this weekend I have to work. Later on this year I plan to go to West Plains and take in one of your cruise nights.

I will be there in my blue full fendered 32 roadster. It sounds like the top will stay on this weekend though. I will park up on the hill just inside the entrance by the swap meet area. Stop by and say Hi.

You had better bring your umbrellas as it is raining as I type this and it's going to be this way until Sunday so says the weather gurus.

As of the last news it had stopped completely, they are saying only chances now compared to what it was. There has been alot of rods through here today I know that. Too bad NTFD, I was looking forward to seeing you again. It would be great to have a visit from you here in our little city, looking forward to it. I will be looking all of you up this weekend and looking forward to meeting some of you. I think I may have met Dave inadvertently at "Shepard of the Hills" show in Branson, I was with a friend who was selling a nice white T-bird.

    Springfield NSRA update...

Had a great time, only got a few drops of rain on the Roadster! It was good to finally meet Brickman! I also spent some time catching up with some other old CHR friends like Toad32 and DanJ. Ran into a few HAMBers there too, good thing I had my "Gold Chains" with me!

Hope to catch up with you guys again in Branson!

    Dave

Home now after a great weekend and I must say that I had the pleasure of meeting Dangeroustoy and KennyD and they are just as great in person as they are here at home. It just confirmed how great of builders and people they are and that this is the greatest site in the world. Looking forward to seeing you all at Branson also, my reservations are already made. Here is a shot of some of the rides they brought down, three of the very best cars at the show.

party ? no but my weekend was a 1st class screw up !
its a long story , but here is the short version
thursday , pre-tuning a 555 ci , with fast fuel injection . too much timing , kicks back knocks a tooth off the flywheel .
friday 4 am . started installing a new flywheel , pinch a alt. wire smoke about 200 ft of wiring .
saturday , i just leave the car in the trailer at the show because i was so mad at it.
sunday , go home get the boat , fall off of it and break my toe and hit the prop with my back ,large cut and broken toe .
monday . get car ready to go to memphis to tune the injection , catch sinus cold mowing yard .
tuesday . get to memphis tune injection , ready to do final drive and tune ....
trans goes out , will not move .

so today i went to work so i can get some rest !
yes i drove ,the trailer didnot drive it's self
