This has been discussed, and it seems theres some interest in the idea, so i figure we have a little less than a month ,so we should try to set a plan now . My idea is since we all have different plans and schedules, i say lets try a running meet, meaning lets set a time and place for all four days that way every body there that day can still meet ,if some one more computer savvy can post a layout of the grounds then we can set a place, i say lets set the time at about 3 or 4 pm that way we can do our thing and still have time before closing.
