    Corvette64,

The largest registration number I saw was in the 1900s. But the rumor on Sunday was there was close to 2500. This was by far the largest so far for Goodguys in Texas. The only negative was they didnt open the entry gate until 7 AM on Saturday and it took over an hour just to get in. There were plenty of busted radiator hoses and anti-freeze spills to avoid. They are going to have to get a better plan of action next year to avoid a mutiny. It was too hot to wait that long and it was very unecessary since they have opened much earlier in years past without a problem.

Thanks for the compliment on the old car and it was great to meet you.

I hope to meet the rest of you guys and gals at the next event.

    TROY,
Glad you came by and talked to me.
I realize now I was mumbling.
Bad Hangover. Had a great time the night before though!
Not sure how long I stayed that day.
The heat was tough, and I wasnt.

    Thanks again for stopping by.

    RocknRod,

No problem. I'm glad you had a good time on Saturday night. I too was running on fumes as I went to my 20 year reunion the night before.

Your car looked great! And it was nice to put a face with a name. I'll see you around the local runs!

Wow I drove right by the Argyle exit on the way home Sunday around 1:00.
It was better than going through the 121 battle. 35North to 288 to 380. Woo-Woo!
