    "All Buick Open Show"

    Hi all!

If you are in the Pacific NW and interested in Buicks, this coming Saturday is the "All Buick Open" Show in Old Town Puyallup, WA. (June 10, 2006). The show is held in conjunction with the Meeker Founders Day Festival and is an absolute blast. Buick's from the first one's made to modern days is on display. The car show is put on by the Puget Sound Chapter of the Buick Club Of America (BCA) and they do one heck of a fine job with the show! They have different classes of course for entrants and my '37 is in the "Slightly" modified class . The festival is fabulous and there is live music throughout the event. The venue this year includes the original "Kingsmen", "Ventures" and the "Fabulous Wailers"! It don't get much better than that!!! The event is actually a 3 day event starting Friday at noon - 9pm, Saturday 10am - 9pm,
(the car show starts at 8am) and Sunday 10am - 5pm. For the Pontiac buffs, there is the All Pontiac Show on Sunday at the same place. For more info:

Stop by on Saturday and say hi... I'm the guy with the slightly modified candy apple red '37 Buick!

Good thing you posted this Greg, it's only listed on the most popular calendar of events for Saturday.

The Wailers must be getting in a "car event rut". They'll be playing at the Issaquah street show on the 25th also.

It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.

Luck occurs when preparation and opportunity converge.
