    Greenwood Car Show, Seattle

Any of you NW rodders at the Greenwood show? There were about 500 cars this year and I'm sure someone on this board was there besides me.
I was parked in front of the Pig and Thistle bar, thank god, so we started drinking pints at about 10am. We stopped at about noon so we could sober up by the time the show was over.
The 66 Mustang and the 56 Vicky wagon which flanked my Cobra were beautiful cars. There were some drag cars there and I want to thank my friend Darryl for starting up his 9 second, 700 HP Dart so my wife could hear what horsepower really sounds like. She thought my Cobra was loud!
Thanks to the Phinney-Greenwood Chamber of commerce for putting on the biggest show in the city. Alki Beach is next so see you there!

I was registered for the show and was supposed to go with my buddy that has a cool '28 Ford sedan. I had to cancel at the last minute but he still went as it was his first time at the show and he said he had a good time. I guess there was some typical parking issues early on but that's normal at that show. I am on my way in the Buick to the Midnight Riders Show this weekend in good ol' Mossyrock, WA!
