    engine rpm

     



    I have built a new 383 stroker with a predator carb that is set up for a 355 small block and i cant get it to get over 2000 rpm with full throttle. what is my problem?

    thought of that , checked but I am getting everything out of the throttle set up , same setup that was run with a holley 650 , worked fine on same engine size there is no linkage, direct run throttle cable

    Fuel pressure

     



    did you check your fuel pressure? Sounds like you aren't getting enough fuel, check your filter, pump etc? If you really want to cross fuel pressure off, buy a guage and put it inline right before the carb.
