Need a little more info but, could have something in the pickup, bad regulator, bad pump, vapor lock (not likely), poor ground, fuel pump cavitation. Where are your return lines? Give us more info to help ya out.

If it works well for 2 minutes then something is changing that is causing your problem. Maybe pump is heating up and quitting, or your tank vent is not working and once it starts sucking fuel no air is coming in to let it keep flowing.
After you have the problem does it have to cool off or anything before you get that 2 minutes of good running again? I agree with Keith, need more info.
