    What hole are you in on the pump arm? Try moving it in to the closest hole and see if that helps. Make sure your vacuum advance is working and that your timing is advanced far enough. Fords seem to like a little more initial advance IMO.

    set it at 7/16" according to the instructions Should it be different??
    you think its runing out of gas??
