Worst thing on a fresh engine is idling too slow. Stop and go driving is also no way to break one in. Just keep the rpm up a bit and take it for a long drive in the country, varying speed and letting right off the throttle every few minutes. It ain't rocket science, just keeping everything lubed and cooled for a few hundred miles.

What an unbelievable story! That was crazy no one would stop and help them during the time of it going down. It is amazing everything was in such good shape. I can't believe all the aluminum pieces...
