when i was 17 my dad told me to put my ear next to the filler tube to see if i could hear the air in the tank, that puff went right in my ear, i could smell and taste gasoline for a week....

but yeah, run compressed air through the lines, run the tank down low a little biut or drain it, and put a can of seafoam in the tank, then fill her up.... the seafoam should disolve all that crud stuck to the bottom and sides of the tank... i run a can through once a year on my cars, keeps the fuel system in better shape
