i was no a 500 caddy forum and read some threads on camshaft and radicaly advancing a factory 500 daddy camshaft .

i am trying to get my pea around what one is trying to do when one advances a camshaft i kind if understand the idea as a lot of cams are retarded up to 6 degrees and more and it brings the combustion events more in order.
the caddy cam specs if advanced dont look too bad compared to some of the smaller afermarket grinds.
