Easy question for you Tuners out there.
Just want to know the proper procedure on how to adjust the carb.I Have a 350 with a Edelbrock 4bbl (650 cfm i think).
What else do you need to know?

Do you have the one with or without the electric choke? The reason I ask is because the model without the electric choke is jetted richer than the one with an electric choke. All Eddy carbs are a little rich out of the box. You should get yourself a tuning kit with jets and metering rods for your model carburetor. It is very easy to change metering rods and jets. You can these kits from Summit for around $40.00. You can use your carb manual to know which ones to use.

Adjust one side at a time, keep turning the adjuster screw in until it starts to run rough. then back it off 1/2 turn. Repeat for the other side. hopefully your running a dual plane intake, singles are a pain. If anyone has a better method please tell me, with vac gauges? maybe? I'm having fun trying to tune my own right now. Pain in the ass.
I've got the itch to lay some rubber down!!! ~Thanks grampa! its been 10 years worth of work, I just wish you could see it~

A vacumn guage makes it easier. Adjust for the highest steady reading and back it off about a pound (on the guage)
