hey my dog has a tick or two but he runs good! OK i had to say it try looking at the rockers arms they get worn in spots and go in and out of lash but hears the bad news you could have a rocker arm stud gone bad rocker arm is cutting in the side of the stud this makes a hell noise or press stud coming out
