Remove the secondary bowl, and metering block. You should see the thin secondary metering plate in there being held on by a bunch of clutch head screws. Remove the screws, and then the plate. Look real close at this plate and you may find that it is warped. I wish I had a picture to show you what I am describing, but the one I had is gone.
