One more thing, how long is a new cat supposed to stink so bad, because after i floor my car, and then stop at a traffic light or stp, it smells like boiled eggs.

some of the mid. 80 cars the cats. smelled like that from the factory. it may not go away. were joking with you a little about the gas, but if youve got raw gas coming out of your pipes i dont belive it would just go away untill next time.
