i doubt if your car is apitting gas out of the tail pipe. if that much raw gas was coming out of the pipe the motor wouldnt run. sounds like condensation to me. water collects in the muf. from short drives or you have a blown head gasket. if its so bad you might spash the negb. car id say its a blown head gasket or cracked head.
