I have a 64 cad coupe de problems. car has been sitting. replaced timing gears, chain and water pump. Car starts and runs. Top end is very noisy. pulled valve cover and i have no oil up top. removed dist. spun pump shaft until it seemed to gram. Very little 'seeping" from #8 & #6 rocker arm. Reinstalled and timed. Still very little oil from same places. What cuold the problem be? also the car idles high and diesels at shut off. Help.
