That carbs got a tag on it... maybe you can track it down from there. I also noted the exaust manifold seems to have some sorta' heat riser for the choke. The pointer in the circle is a casting date (of sorts) and looks vaguely GM to me. Since none of the Buick fans have spoken up yet I'm guessin' Pontiac. Whats' left? Pacard?
