If you are going to build a 347, just order the stroker kit and have it balanced by the company you buy it from. Any comepetent machine shop can handle the bore and hone on the block and the assembly of the short block if you want them to do that also.

I'm not sure if anyone makes mounts for this conversion, but fabricating motor and transmission mounts is no big deal. You might want to check with Trans Dapt to see if they make a mount kit for this application.
