Another question guys and gals.
Building the 427 and the shop sold me a Melling M77 oil Pump and Screen. I can't get the screen on properly. I know it is supposed to sit 3/8 of an inch off the oil pan but to do that it will not mount to the oil pump. Maybe it is the wrong screen?
But they tell me I have the right one.
Perhaps I have a mental block?
Any help appreciated.
