some of us SOBs had to work today......the older 429/460 have ok drain back block is fine heads are a bit choke off oil flow. for STD size on rod s is 2.4992/2.5000 main 29994 /.30002 crank needs to be checked for size then a polish may be all it needs. why did it take it to the copper is hard to say with out me seeing the bearings crank could of been ground bad as to finsh or size or alot of junk. ran dryLast edited by pat mccarthy; 09-04-2011 at 12:47 PM.
