The 94's are a newer design, similar in cfm (depending on model), easier to get parts for, don't leak anywhere near as bad, more readily available, and are a superior carb to the 97......................just don't have the traditional panache'. It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
