97's versus 94's
I'm thinking of buying a three duece intake manifold with 3 -94 Holly's. I'm not that fimilar with the 94 have always used stromberg 97's. I know the the 97's had a cfm of 150 with main jet 45 and venturi 0..969, but don't know specs on the 94's. Are they hard to dial in? Do they leak like the 97's did? Looking for any info you older generation can give me.

Thanks Street I've already checked those sites out but they don't give me much info on the 94's

The 94's are a newer design, similar in cfm (depending on model), easier to get parts for, don't leak anywhere near as bad, more readily available, and are a superior carb to the 97......................just don't have the traditional panache'. Another of those popular myths in action.
