.i allways wanted the drive in back and long side the road has my GTO went down the road. you know to see .hear and smell it ? well at the time i had a 548 bbc 14.8 cr solid roller cam mid 700 lift 270 @050 cam .had built at the time a new headers 2.1/4 to a new exhaust with 4inch X pipe well anyway. i let a good friend drive it so i could hear just how loud it was in back of the car was not that loud till i got along side of it and you could hear the engine valve train hi cr engine over the ex as you got to the front of the car if i must say it was something. guys would ask me what the hell i had in that GTO ? HMMMM .....a 283?

I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
