These things do not work...think of it this way...You are saying you can get "something from nothing" perpetual machine [?] To get the hydrogen you will be using a wire run from your alternator. You then put an extra load on the alternator to produce this HHO. What drives the alternator? Will you not have to use more energy from the engine to keep the alt out put high enough to keep up with both the engine and the HHo system?
Best way to get better fuel mileage....drive differant.

I'm getting ready to start on mine also. I'll be running a larger "fuel cell" type though. To displace the amps I'm working on a set-up with a MSD Blaster 2 coil.

in working for the company i do right now, we did a lot of test on HHO systems as part of our other hydrogen fuel research and found that the HHO kits were completely garbage. on a smog dyno tests show that the engine runs lean, with added computer diagnostics, we also see that on computer controlled cars, that the engine actually retards timing to avoid pings and begins consuming more fuel. on actual hydrogen running motors, we have to jet them much differently than a petrol fuel motor. i cant get into too many details for now NDAs and such but we have a 69 chevelle running 500 HP dynoed... fuel efficiency isn't neccisary.... we burn about 5 pounds of hydrogen per 20 miles. car has a 100lb hydrogen tank, which cost about $23 to fill at airgasjust because your car is faster, doesn't mean i cant outdrive you... give me a curvy mountain road and i'll beat you any day

well it worked on the guys 66 rambler at work ,got real good gas mileage, not so good on my s10,16 with the ac on ,16 with the ac off,i usally get around 19 with the ac off, seems as the o2 sensors sense a lean condition and richen up the fuel on ecm veh's ,with in turn uses more gas ,so we'll keep working on it,only oulled 19 amps.not really a big strain at all.
