cv products make some baffles that could work for you . i have the M/T valve cover on my 548 bbc with two moon beathers on each cover that work the best. and i have used every thing over the years . you can tig weld baffles in the valve covers that would work if not chromed you want to keep away from foam fill beather in time they get oil filled and blow oil all over.....
