OK, thanks for the timing tips. Now I have another question. I'm running about 205 degrees when running down the road. The temp sender is in the head, so I'm thinking it's a hotter reading there than the intake. Would this be right? I figure the temp at the intake is probably 195 right?
I set the timing at 10 degrees advanced like you said. Someone also said the 3.70 posi with a 350 trans would make it run hotter too? There is a high flow water pump on it with a 195 thermostat. Thanks for your assistance and all your help.
on small cars yes. but fat fender cars are pretty much the same in size and weight as the donor car. i found s10 brakes work great on fat fender and pickups. a deuce will just need manual brakes...
Time for brakes
