You can't change the bore size, because there is nothing else listed in the pull down list. Try my ford, 410, bore 4.050. Try to change it to 4.110. It won't stay there.
When you first pull the mouse over the item in question ,it appears black around the numbers,click it once,then hit backspace,insert the correct bore size and hit enter.
