You didn't say anything about a shroud....For the most efficient cooling the fan, be it electric or engine driven, has to operate in a shroud to pull or push air through the radiator. Unshrouded and left to itself, air will follow the path of least resistance and that is not always through the radiator.....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
