never seen a tall deck 10.200 454 have seen the 427 10.200 the only 454 i know of is a 9.800 and any 454 for this use could have open chambers .need the casting # to check itIrish Diplomacy ..the ability to tell someone to go to Hell ,,So that they will look forward to to the trip
