    valve cover blow by

     



    i just drove my car for the firs time after the new engine and i noticed some smoke coming out of the valve covers. is this something i should worry about? i dont have a pcv or breather yet

    put in a pcv and a closed system breather, should solve your problem
    just because your car is faster, doesn't mean i cant outdrive you... give me a curvy mountain road and i'll beat you any day

    I would guess your rings have not "seated" yet.
    If it has a moly or plasma moly rings in the engine it may take some time.
