This discussion comes up a lot, overheating is one of the problems many of us face (especially right now in mid summer). Some guys like copper/brass radiators, and others are starting to move to aluminum. I am one of the latter, and have gotten 3 radiators so far from PRC. www.prchotrod.com/
I have been extremely impressed with the product and service. The welds are perfect, and they build them any way you want. I also have gone with the aluminum shroud they sell, and a SPAL 16 inch fan. So far, the only radiator that has seen use is the one in my Jeep truck. I swapped in a 5.0 Mustang engine, and there was not much room for a radiator because of the steering box location, but they built me one, and it works fine, even here is sunny Florida.
This is the one on my Son's 29, and the one in my '23. They are very typical of what you get from them. There are other good companies out there, like Walker, BeCool, etc., but I would not hesitate to recommend PRC.
