Welcome to the forum! First, it works a lot better to start a new thread than pullling up a thread from seven years ago and tagging your question onto the end, especially if you want ongoing discussion on a question.

From what I know, the number you've posted is a basic casting number, and the only things it tells you are:
    C - 60's decade
    3 - third year, '63
A - generic full size Ford application
    E - component type, Engine
6015 - Engine Base Assembly (block)
F - 6th engineering variation of the part

You need to look at the "Vehicle Warranty Number" (VIN), 5th position letter to see which engine came in the car originally.

Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

Thanks , a lot Roger for help ,i know it's not easy to read the casting number because I confused from the VIN plate it mentioned V mean its 223 cid & the car is Ford Galaxie 1961 but I realized that they changed the engine.
    VIN ( 1 E 52 V 147117 ) Body 54A TRANS. 1 AXLE 2
    Thanks:
